  Prices At World Medico ApS, all prices are in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Please note that products may be sold out. Payment World Medico ApS accepts payments via VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, MobilePay, and bank transfer. Payment will be charged to your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK (Danish Kroner) and include VAT. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to declare products as sold out or discontinued. Delivery World Medico ApS aims to dispatch orders received before 5:00 PM on the same day; orders received after this time will be sent on the next business day. We deliver to all of Denmark. Shipping costs start at 75 DKK. Items will be delivered to the shipping address provided during the order process. We do not ship internationally or to the Faroe Islands and Greenland. (Except by agreement and for an additional fee). Your items will be delivered by Post Nord or GLS. Please note that if there is no space at the pickup location, the package will be transferred to the nearest pickup location, and you will be notified. If any issues arise, please contact customer service. Items are delivered on all weekdays. Your item will be delivered within 1-3 business days after placing the order. Special delivery conditions may apply to certain items, and these terms will be specified prior to the purchase of such items. Warranty We offer a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty covers defects in material and/or manufacturing. Depending on the specific situation, you can have the product repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a discount. The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must file a complaint within a “reasonable time” after discovering the defect/error. World Medico ApS will cover return costs to a reasonable extent. Refund If a refund is required, please provide your bank details (bank name, account number, and sort code) so that the agreed amount can be transferred. These details can be safely sent by email or other electronic means as they are not sensitive and will only be used to process the refund. Right of Withdrawal You have a 14-day full right of withdrawal for items purchased in our webshop. The period is calculated from the day:
  • You receive the order.
  • You receive the last item in physical possession when it concerns an agreement for multiple different items ordered in one order but delivered separately or in multiple parts.
  • You receive the last batch or part in physical possession when it concerns an agreement for the delivery of items consisting of multiple batches or parts.
  • You receive the first item in physical possession when it concerns the regular delivery of items over a specified period.
You must cover the return costs yourself. The withdrawal must be notified to us within 14 days of the purchase, and you must return the shipment within 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal. The notice must be given by email to info@worldmedico.dk. In the notice, you must clearly indicate that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you want to return the item to us, you must fill out the enclosed return form and send the item to: World Medico ApS Østerfælled Torv 3 2100 Copenhagen Ø Denmark You cannot exercise the right of withdrawal simply by refusing to accept the item without giving us clear notice of this. Items Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal The following types of items are not included in the right of withdrawal:
  • Items that are made to your specifications or have a clear personal touch.
  • Sealed items that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
  • Items that, due to their nature, become inseparably mixed with other items upon delivery.
  • Items where the seal has been broken.
  • Non-financial services performed, if the performance of the service has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed.
  • Delivery of digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium, if the execution has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
  • Newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, except for subscription agreements for such publications.
  • Agreements concluded at a public auction.
  • Items that deteriorate or expire rapidly.
Return You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs associated with returning the item. When returning, you are responsible for packing the item properly. You should enclose a copy of the order confirmation. Processing is expedited if you also complete and enclose our withdrawal form. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back. We do not accept packages sent COD (cash on delivery). Condition of the Item upon Return You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, we consider it used, which means that, in the case of withdrawal, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item upon receipt – of the return. To receive a full refund of the purchase amount, you must try the item without actually using it. Refund If you withdraw from your purchase, you will receive a full refund of the amount you paid to us. In case of depreciation for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted from the purchase amount. When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we received notice of your decision to withdraw.
